2/ Your rights to use the photos are subject to this agreement and the specified restrictions attached to each photo downloaded.

3/ You may use any of the pictures for any commercial or personal design work provided you credit Pixibank and/or make a link to Pixibank   => see the tools

4/ You are not allowed to use any of the images downloaded from Pixibank for the purpose of spreading hate or discrimination, or to defame or victimize other people, societies, cultures.

5/ You are not allowed to use the photos from Pixibank on illegal web sites or publications.

6/ Selling these photos (individually, or as a whole) is prohibited. Using the photos in any products for sale counts as selling, except web sites templates and packaging.

7/ You may not use the pictures to create your own photo gallery web site.

9/ You must always ask permission from Pixibank if you want to use a photo in website templates that you intend to sell or distribute, for creating printed reproductions that you intend to sell, on "print on demand" items (such as t-shirts, postcards, mouse pads, mugs...), or on any similar mass produced item that would contain the photo in a dominant way.
